Football continues to resonate so deeply with Americans because we know it hits so close to home.  Not in everything but in some central lessons.  If you do everything in your power, in your position, to set your team up for success and if you don’t neglect the little stuff, you have a good shot at winning.  Now, you could also lose but winning teams consistently pay attention to the little things stopping up and bridging the little gaps.

Please tell me you saw Adele perform at the grammys.  If you didn’t, you need to stop reading this blog post right now and go watch it because everything I could tell you today you’d learn better hearing it from her.

Anyway, here’s a recap: On national television, on music’s biggest stage, one of music’s biggest stars messed up.  F-bombed and asked for a do-over.  The audience ate it up.  Why you ask?  It’s because once one successful person admits that they’re normal, they just start oozing with ethos.  You would be too, if you had the guts to fail big, admit it and ask for a do-over.

Saul Needed A New Resume
