Willing To Follow A Simple Plan To $10k Months?

If you’ll set aside any doubts and will just do it, you can see great results.  I wanted to touch on something quite important with you today, if that’s ok by you?  There was this really successful Silicon Valley entrepreneur recently teaching a fairly simple formula to a few folks.  A formula that works.  It’s brought in billions.  Basically the formula goes like this:

  1. Build it
  2. Measure it
  3. Learn from it
  4. Evolve for tomorrow’s customers

Efficient and simple enough, right?  He gave several examples like Dropbox who didn’t even have a product and they created a video and posted it up for free online.  Nearly overnight, the video brought in something like 70,000 email subs ready to join as beta members.  70k members just like that with not even a product yet.  You can check Youtube about it if you’d like.

Anyways, here’s the most important takeaway from this.  The formula works.  So, the big advice he had was to simply do this, trust the process.  See, what-ifs will kill any odds of success with anything.  So will trying to reinvent the wheel.  If you want to achieve something, there can’t be any what-ifs or any doubts about it.  You’re at the action phase now.  If something is proven even if it’s uncomfortable or you don’t understand it at all.  Trust the process.  Just.  Do.  It.

This may be a hard pill to swallow.  We can look all around our lives and quickly see that for most people, they are living a reason driven life.  For e.g. I’d be in shape but I don’t have any free time to workout.  “I’d take my wife for date nights but I have to provide for my family, right?  60 Hour workweeks don’t give me any time for her.”  “I’d play more with my kids but I have too many to-dos to catch up on every weekend, it seems.”

Do you see the point here?  They’re living a reason driven life.  It’s causing them to live in a very unfulfilled one dimensional state.  Income is fine but family suffers.  Heath is great but cash is low.  Your kids adore you but the spouse treats you like you’re invisible.  On and on it goes.

The second someone becomes aware of this and begins to live a results driven life, well that changes everything.  You can have all you want in all aspects of your life because you’ve designed your life and you know that the only thing that counts are results and not intentions or reasons why you can’t.  It’s only what you actually see as important enough to make it a priority and to regularly do it that will count.

Is this making sense?  For many, that’ll be some hard truth tea to sip on.  They’ll want to cuddle up with all the reasons they can’t.  For others, it’ll be very freeing.  You can have it all.  If you focus on results you want for yourself and your family and not the reasons.  Coming straight from my heart here.  This is why I love the business I’m in so much.

Why Measurements Matter A Lot

A guaranteed way to improve.  Theodore Roosevelt once said: “Comparison is the thief of joy.”  Along his lines of thoughts, I’d 1005 agree.  In business, I’d say, comparisons against ourselves or our results is the fastest fuel to your growth.  Here’s why, what’s measured is what will get improved.  That’s it.  Point blank.  Most never improve much in anything because they’re not measuring anything.  Let’s say you want to get to $5k or $10k months on the side, you follow something like:

This proven plan.

Or whatever plan you have.  With the system above, your only task really is to drive leads.  So, if you drive 300 leads this month and you only make $2,500, what does that measurement tell you that you need to do?  600 leads could get you to $5k next month or 1,200 leads could get you to $10k months, right?

So, that process may simply mean you reinvest some of your profits from this month so you can drive more ads.  Measuring this way is how you can go from $0 to $10k, $50k months and up but if you’re not measuring, you may just give up or stay at $2,500 or less.  It’s all in measuring and measuring anything you want to improve in your life.  It’s not hard.  In fact, it’s quite invigorating once you start.  It could even be life changing.

Would An Extra $10k Per Month Help Out?

More income and more fulfilment .  Used to be our core incomes gave us security and peace of mind.  These days, the word: “Security” in the workplace in nearly laughable.  On top of that, we’re often asked to do more for less.  We’re barely getting by as it is all while our personal life is taking a nosedive because of it.  What we’re doing may not bring us the fulfilment it once brought us.  We work hard.  We grin and bear it because that’s what we are supposed to do, right?

Well, I think times are changing.  You can create something on the side that’s both fulfilling and can be quite lucrative.  Plus, you can have more peace of mind if you’re getting $1k to $10k per month on the side.  Just in case something should ever happen on the side so much that you’ll go on to make that your full time gig.  You’ll be able to decide whatever you want as you are in full control over your income and your future now.  So, if you don’t have anything like this set up yet, may I suggest you do it sooner than that because who knows what the future will bring us from one day to the next.
