Stop grinding and keep it simple. One of the secrets to succeeding in this business is to not try too hard. If you feel you are trying too hard right now and maybe aren’t seeing the results you’d like to. Then that could indicate your priorities, techniques or focus is off. It could mean your big why isn’t clearly in mind and in front of you each day. Let it be a whisper in your ear to reset and not to double down and work even harder.
